heart is broken
there's nothing to do
you may feel restless
walking a mile or two
you do all the work
you're wearing a smile
dwelling in shame
just for a while
meanwhile heart
tries to stitch itself up
while it still bleeds
into a blessed cup
and being heart
it knows what to do:
it turns into grail
becoming cup to the frail.
