my skin is slowly growing leaves. my veins are feverishly yearning to turn into roots, studying and swallowing the ancient languages of mycelia. my lungs can no longer resist earth’s alchemic foreplay of light and love and sugar, I can feel myself starting to photosynthesise. I can’t help it, don’t want to. I’m being turned into a tree. see you in my many seeds and please be gentle, 'cause I will try again and again to grow towards the light, earth in my mouth, breathing sunrays and rain, the wind my primordial prayer.

{gratitude to the tiny leaf I was sleeping on and dreaming about outside 🍃♥️}
